In our property you will find an area equipped for those who wish to regenerate, tone their body and rediscover or maintain their physical fitness even during their holiday. A small outdoor gym located on a sea-view terrace, where dedicating time to your favourite fitness exercises will be a pleasure for both body and soul.
The Fitness Area is not accessible to guests under 18 years of age.

Therapeutic massage is an ancient practice that combines techniques from Swedish massage and shiatsu, ideal for relieving muscle tension and easing fatigue.
The elimination of toxins and the stimulation of circulation provide an immediate and intense sensation of well-being, while the sweet almond oil used nourishes the skin deeply, leaving it soft and toned.
Each treatment can be performed on the entire body or focused for a longer time on a specific area to address a physical issue or tension.

Throughout the summer season, Mrs. Christel will guide you towards unexpected dimensions of relaxation and well-being through yoga meditation techniques, particularly useful for improving psycho-physical balance and increasing resistance to stress. During your holiday you will have the opportunity to rediscover a new sense of physical and mental serenity. You will be able to release the stress accumulated during your work, learn exercises to relieve muscular tension, breathe correctly and correct improper postures: all of this will help you face your commitments more easily once you return home.
Every Wednesday, 90 minutes of pure relaxation starting at 5:00 pm.
Christel is a yogi by nature and has studied yoga on two continents. She first trained with the famous founder of Power Yoga, Bryan Kest, in Santa Monica, California, guru to stars such as Madonna and Sting. She then graduated in therapeutic yoga at an ashram in India with Guru Saji.
“Several yoga styles are part of my teaching, and each time I adapt them according to the people and the group. My philosophy is to create a mix between Power and Yin Yoga. Through the practice of yoga, with its exercises, breathing and meditation, you will personally experience the physical benefits and the mental clarity that can be achieved.”
