Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation, binding both for the person who makes the booking and for the hotel.<\/p>

You can send a availability request and wait for our response.<\/p>

Alternatively, you can book online following the instructions available on our website www.hotelsantandrea.com.<\/p>

Following the request, you will receive an (non-binding) offer with the booking details.<\/p>

The reservation is confirmed only after our written communication stating the total price of the stay and after the deposit or sending a credit card to guarantee it, any deposit to be made within 3 days from our confirmation.<\/p>

If the payment is not made in time, the reservation is to be considered as null.<\/p>

The reservation becomes binding for Hotel Sant'Andrea only when we receive a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit or the data of the credit card on which to make the authorized withdrawal.<\/p>

At this point the Hotel will endeavour to send the customer a confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to be presented at check-in.
The confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.<\/p>

We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the above confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible any anomaly.<\/p>

The communication must be received within 4 days of receipt. After this deadline we disclaim any responsibility for any misstatements.<\/p>

On arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person including minors.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To make changes to the reservation you must contact the reception staff, who will do everything possible to fulfill your request.
However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be fulfilled.

In case of a booking change to a period where the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t\n \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The following are required:
the payment of a deposit no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the reservation. The deposit is 20% of the total amount of your stay. Or a credit card number (not prepaid) with authorization to withdraw the amount equal to the deposit confirmation (20%)
In case of non-receipt of such information or the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void. The same applies to the balance of the stay in case of non-refundable rates.<\/p>

As provided for by the Civil Code to art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or non-presentation, except exceptions agreed with the customer. <\/strong><\/p>
